Using consultancy to clarify business growth objectives and create a 3-year roadmap for the retail estate and e-commerce platform.
Background

Jennie opened her first store in 1997 and now has a London footprint across 12 locations, from Kensington to Marylebone High Street, plus a recent homeware launch, Abode in Parsons Green and Marylebone and an aggressive e-commerce growth expansion plan for 2023+.

Approach

We first created a workshop with the managing partners to consolidate the business thinking to date and create clear parameters for a 3-year plan, matching through to retail store data, clarifying the brand, and setting clear objectives for growth. We consulted across brand and marketing strategies to refine and optimise accordingly.

brief

Strategic advice to the managing partners on business growth across brand, e-commerce and in-store marketing for customer acquisition and retention.

Results

A more focused management team, a 3-year plan with reporting metrics deployed and brand comms joined up across all platforms.

OSER curated and ran a strategic workshop across our key stakeholders for our commercial marketing needs in-store and online. This really helped us to focus, figure out our marketing goals and provided an actionable plan to follow,
